Yayasan Lentera Kasih Agape (YLKA) is a faith-based non-profit organization committed to sharing the Gospel of Jesus Christ, strengthening discipleship, and demonstrating God’s love through holistic ministry. YLKA works across diverse cultural and religious contexts, partnering with local churches and communities to foster long-term spiritual and social transformation.
Position Summary
The Cluster Coordinator for South Tapanuli and Mentawai is responsible for providing overall leadership, coordination, and quality assurance of YLKA programs in the cluster area. This role ensures that programs are implemented effectively, responsibly, and in alignment with the strategy and values of YLKA.
The Cluster Coordinator works closely with specialists, coordinators and donors to strengthen program impact, team wellbeing, and accountability.
Key Responsibilities
1. Program Leadership and Coordination
• Provide programmatic and spiritual leadership to project teams in South Tapanuli and
Mentawai in line with YLKA’s strategy.
• Coordinate planning and implementation with MEAL Specialists, UYT, and other
coordinators to ensure effective and efficient program delivery.
• Monitor project implementation and budget utilization monthly and report progress
to the Operational Manager and National Leader.
• Analyse program risks, emerging issues, and potential solutions, and proactively
communicate findings to Team Leaders.
• Ensure Focus Group Discussions (FGDs) are properly conducted, documented, and
aligned with project development objectives.
2. Team Management and Capacity Development
• Manage staff administration matters, including leave and work permissions for all
project staff in coordination with HR.
• Recommend relevant trainings and capacity-building opportunities for project staff to
strengthen ministry effectiveness and professional growth.
• Foster a healthy team culture marked by integrity, collaboration, and spiritual maturity.
3. Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability, and Learning (MEAL)
• Contribute to documentation, learning, and accountability processes, including
assessments, baseline studies, reflections, evaluations, and project progress tracking.
• Work closely with the MEAL team to ensure data quality, learning integration, and
continuous improvement.
4. Financial Management and Quality Assurance
• Ensure all administrative and financial processes comply with YLKA’s internal
regulations and financial policies.
• Coordinate with the Logistics Coordinator regarding the use of foundation assets,
including vehicles, office space, and equipment.
5. External Relations and Reporting
• Maintain active coordination with advisors and the National Leader regarding ongoing
programs and developments.
• Collaborate with the National Leader in preparing annual reports for the Ministry of
Religious Affairs of the Republic of Indonesia and other relevant government
